骑行安排照常（需参考具体空气质量和天气情况）。冬天已经临近，所以骑行的日程做了少量的调整，武夷山格兰枫度赛事取消。详细细节请查看在线日历页面。

聚会时间–浦东本周末举行，shanghai cycling 下周举行。从之前努力的锻炼中抽出时间做小量的休整，然后再投入训练直到圣诞节。
