B.A.D = BAD AIR DAY
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text c_id=”.vc_1428201337338″]Idea of B.A.D chat is to have a platform for indoor riders, discuss tech problems with software, have a online exchange of information for group rides on Zwift island and so on. Edited by Peter M.
There is no user manual for Zwift available. Since it is still in the development mode check for any updates and other valuable information on https://support.zwift.com/hc/en-us. Despite that I put together some shortcuts and information that can be of use while using Zwift:
Important Keys
Keys # 1 to 9 = change views (camera angles).
Key # 0 = brings camera to a panoramic view (of currently selected view)
U = toggle units from metric to imperial
L = Locks/logs out of Zwift
ESC = Exit the ride (will prompt to save)
Hitting the big X (top corner) = exits the ride (will also prompt to save)
T = change gear / setup during a ride
M = send message (will disappear after 10 seconds)
A = Ant+ setup
Spacebar = use Power Ups (PU), PU’s temporarily help by reducing your weight, aerodynamic advantage etc
Clicking on any rider in the rider list = camera will jump to that rider and camera angle will change after every few seconds. Will also see current top 5 lists for Green, Orange and Polka Dot jerseys.
F1 = Elbow flick
F2 = Wave
F3 to F9 = various sounds
F10 = take a picture / snapshot
Group rides
For the time being, group rides in a closed community are not possible on Zwift. Shanghaicycling.org will use B.A.D. group to announce rides.
Ghost riders
You may have asked yourself about the blue Ghost riders in blue appearing from time to time. These are computer controlled riders, all other are real human beings on the course
Link to Strava
You can upload your ride to Strava by 2 ways:
Link your Zwift account to your Strava account or
Download the ride from the dashboard of Zwift website www.zwift.com to your computer and then upload it to Strava
Jersey and other customisation
Ever wondered the lock symbol in the set-up? The more you ride on Zwift the more features are unlocked and this includes more choice of jerseys.
Customizing your flag
The flag can only be changed by logging in to the Zwift website and then update your profile.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator color=”” type=”normal” position=”center” opacity=”” thickness=”” width=”” up=”” down=”” template=””][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text c_id=”.vc_1428201594101″]
